Appraisal came in low?
Is your appraisal worth fighting? Find out free.
A low appraisal can be challenged with a Reconsideration of Value request, but most loans allow only one. We check the report first and tell you plainly whether it has a case.

What we look for
The strongest requests use the appraisal against itself. We read the whole report and check its grid, math and narrative for problems like these.
Adjustments the report contradicts
A comparable adjusted at a different rate than the one the report itself supports.
Weighting that doesn't add up
The most similar sale given little or no weight while a heavily adjusted one drives the value.
Market data left on the table
The report's own market-conditions figures pointing one way while the conclusion points another.
Approaches the report ignored
A cost approach or sales the report cites as support but doesn't reconcile to.
Factual errors
Wrong year built, room count or site size, corrected with the report's own rate.
Loan-type rules
Every request follows the Conventional, FHA or VA process and goes through the lender, never to the appraiser directly.
Straight answers on weak cases
Most loans allow one reconsideration request. If yours isn't likely to work, we say so before you pay and point to better options. The choice is yours.
The report's numbers, not ours
Every figure in the request comes from the appraisal or the sources it names. We never offer our own opinion of value.
Private by default
Files are encrypted, never public, and deleted automatically after 30 days.

Appraisal Fighter prepares a reconsideration-of-value request from your appraisal report and the documents you provide. It is not an appraisal, an appraisal review, or an opinion of value, and it is not prepared by a licensed appraiser acting in that capacity. Only the appraiser can change the appraised value. Requests go through the lender; never contact the appraiser directly.
